AHM's existing online ordering system was based on Pronto ERP, which was being retired.
As a result, the company needed to modernise its eCommerce platform and introduce a new B2B ordering system that was easy to use and integrated well with the new ERP system, Netsuite.
Pocket Square worked closely with AHM to develop a solution that met the company's specific needs.
One of the key features of the new B2B ordering system is the ability to instantly reorder products by pasting a list of SKUs into the homepage. This feature is particularly useful for customers who order the same products regularly and need to restock quickly.

The new system also includes 25 pricing tiers based on customer-specific pricing, with additional discount logic built in.
This means that customers receive personalised pricing based on their purchase history, order volume, and other factors. The pricing tiers help to ensure that AHM's customers receive the best possible pricing, while also allowing the company to offer volume discounts and other incentives to its most loyal customers. This could all be delivered with Shopify Plus' native B2B features.
