Job Description:
As a CRO Specialist at Pocket Square, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the shopping experience to boost conversion rates and overall site performance on Shopify Plus. This position involves working closely with the marketing, UX/UI design, and web development teams to implement effective strategies that significantly improve our clients' e-commerce success.Responsibilities:
Analyse Performance Metrics: Regularly review key performance indicators like bounce rates, cart abandonment rates, and conversion rates to identify pain points and areas for enhancement.
Customer Journey Analysis: Map out customer journeys to understand user behaviors and barriers to conversion. Use insights to optimise navigation, product discovery, and checkout processes.
A/B and Multivariate Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B or multivariate tests on elements such as page layouts, call-to-action buttons, and product images to determine the most effective configurations.
Segmentation and Personalisation: Develop and implement strategies for customer segmentation and personalisation to enhance the relevance of the shopping experience for different user groups.
Heatmaps and Scrollmaps Analysis: Utilise tools like heatmaps and scrollmaps to gain visual insights into how users interact with the site, identifying hotspots and areas that receive less engagement.
Conversion Funnel Optimisation: Analyze and optimise conversion funnels, identifying drop-off points and testing hypotheses to improve funnel completion rates.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports on conversion trends, test results, and optimisation efforts, sharing insights and actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in conversion rate optimisation, preferably with Shopify Plus.
Proficiency in using web analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar.
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to distill complex data into actionable strategies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
