Job Description:
As a CRO Specialist at Pocket Square, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the shopping experience to boost conversion rates and overall site performance on Shopify Plus. This position involves working closely with the marketing, UX/UI design, and web development teams to implement effective strategies that significantly improve our clients' e-commerce success.Responsibilities:

  • Analyse Performance Metrics: Regularly review key performance indicators like bounce rates, cart abandonment rates, and conversion rates to identify pain points and areas for enhancement.

  • Customer Journey Analysis: Map out customer journeys to understand user behaviors and barriers to conversion. Use insights to optimise navigation, product discovery, and checkout processes.

  • A/B and Multivariate Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B or multivariate tests on elements such as page layouts, call-to-action buttons, and product images to determine the most effective configurations.

  • Segmentation and Personalisation: Develop and implement strategies for customer segmentation and personalisation to enhance the relevance of the shopping experience for different user groups.

  • Heatmaps and Scrollmaps Analysis: Utilise tools like heatmaps and scrollmaps to gain visual insights into how users interact with the site, identifying hotspots and areas that receive less engagement.

  • Conversion Funnel Optimisation: Analyze and optimise conversion funnels, identifying drop-off points and testing hypotheses to improve funnel completion rates.

  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports on conversion trends, test results, and optimisation efforts, sharing insights and actionable recommendations with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in conversion rate optimisation, preferably with Shopify Plus.

  • Proficiency in using web analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar.

  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to distill complex data into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
