Urgent or Extended Hours Support
At Pocket Square, we always assist with urgent requests as soon as is possible, depending of the availability of our resources. If your request is critical and you’re not able to wait, or if you need extended hours support, you can reach out to us using this form.
Please note that an emergency rate of $500/hour + GST will apply to all form submissions from the moment that this form is submitted, with a minimum charge of one hour*. We do not guarantee immediate support but will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
If your request is not critical and can wait until our earliest availability, please simply contact your primary Pocket Square contact.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm NZT (excluding New Zealand public holidays).
