The first stage of most projects is to work through a comprehensive Discovery Process to ensure that everything that a business wants to achieve is discussed, stress-tested and documented ahead of the project commencing.

Depending on your specific requirements, there are two different Discovery pathways that Pocket Square offer.

Technical Discovery

Our Technical Discovery evaluates your business, technical, and operational needs to ensure the shift to Shopify Plus (or major change within your business) can happen as smoothly as possible.

Our Technical Discovery process ensures that all project stakeholders have a clear understanding of deliverables, and a reference point to refer to as we move through subsequent phases of the project to confirm all requirements have been met and project risks mitigated.

UX Discovery

Our UX Discovery evaluates your business, storytelling, and front-end needs to ensure the shift to Shopify Plus allows us to deliver a bespoke, on-brand experience that drives your business forward.

Our UX Discovery process ensures that all project stakeholders are aligned on the future direction of the brand, functionality and site experience, and will act as a reference point to refer to as we move through subsequent phases of the project to confirm all requirements have been met.
